credit, criminal and eviction history. Additionally, we do a complete job and

A: Each property has a dedicated Property Manager who is
responsible for regularly inspections of the properties we manage.
Q: How Quickly Do Property Owners Receive Payments?
A: Property Owners receive prompt, accurate payments on a
regular, monthly basis. We also offer direct deposit.
Q: Do I Get A Statement If I Am A Property Owner?
A: Property Owners are provided an accurate Monthly
Statement and a 1099 at the end of each year for their taxes.

A: We recommend repair and service companies that are
licensed bonded and insured. Because of our large portfolio, we receive volume
discounts from our vendors and pass the savings on to our owners. Invoices are
provided and sent to the owner’s with their monthly statements.
