End-of-Year Financials & 1099s
Each year before the end of January, we prepare and file your Form 1099 electronically with the IRS. Your copy will be sent to you either by mail, electronically, or both; whichever you prefer. You’ll also receive a detailed End-of-Year Financial Statement summarizing all income (including prepaid rent) and expenses for the year, making tax time simple and stress-free.
